Pardon the mess, we're still under construction.

This crystal is comprised of 2 Tetrahedrons, Sometimes referred to as the hologram of "Love" or three dimensional Star of David.

What does "Merkaba" mean?

Mer-Ka-Ba is a term from the Egyptian Mystery School. It is found in many languages including African Zulu, Egyptian and Hebrew. In Hebrew it means both the Throne of God as well as a Chariot that carries the human body and spirit from one place to another. In Egyptian, Mer-Ka-Ba is derived from three words:  Mer, Ka and Ba. These words, as we are using them, come from ancient Egyptian. There are several pronunciations of Merkaba such as Merkabah, Merkava, and Merkavah. We generally pronounce the word with the emphasis on the second syllable: Mer-KA-ba. Others pronounce it with equal accent on each syllable such as: Mer-ka-ba. Mer refers to a specific kind of light that was understood in Egypt during the 18th Dynasty following the reorientation of religions toward the worship of a one God of all creation.
"Mer" was seen as two counter-rotating fields of light spinning in the same space. These fields are generated when a person performs specific breathing patterns. Ka refers to the individual spirit of a person. Ba refers to the spirit's interpretation of its particular reality. In the human reality, Ba is usually defined as the body or physical reality. In other realities where spirits don't have bodies, Ba refers to their concepts or interpretation of reality in the realm in which they exist.
Mer-Ka-Ba means the Spirit/Body surrounded by counter-rotating fields of Light, which is a vehicle to transport Spirit/Body from one dimension into another. When the Merkaba is activated around a person's body, that person is then in a place of complete protection.

What is the Merkaba?

The Merkaba is a counter-rotating field of light generated from the spinning of specific geometric forms that simultaneously affects one's spirit and body. It is a vehicle that can aid mind, body and spirit to access and experience other planes of reality or potentials of life. In fact, the Merkaba is even much more than this. Those who have taken the Flower of Life workshop and have learned the merkaba meditation have stated that they have learned more about themselves, connected with their higher selves, and moved to new levels of awareness.

The Merkaba is a tool that helps humans reach their full potential. The Merkaba is a crystalline energy field that is comprised of specific sacred geometries that align the mind, body, and heart together. This energy field created from sacred geometry extends around the body for a distance of 55 feet. These geometric energy fields normally spin around our bodies at close to the speed of light, but for most of us they have slowed down or stopped spinning entirely due to a lack of attention and use. When this field is reactivated and spinning properly, it is called a Merkaba.

A fully activated Merkaba looks just like the structure of a galaxy. The Merkaba enables us to experience expanded awareness, connects us with elevated potentials of consciousness, and restores access and memory of the infinite possibilities of our being. When the Merkaba meditation is performed correctly, the Merkaba fluidly integrates our feminine (intuitive, receptive) and masculine (active, dynamic) aspects of our mind and spirit.

What will happen when I learn and practice this meditation?

When you learn about the Merkaba in a Flower of Life workshop, you will not only intellectually understand the geometric fields, but you will personally experience them and feel them tangibly around your body. These geometric energy fields around our bodies can be turned on in a particular way, which is also connected to our breath. The Merkaba meditation incorporates a 17-breath process along with mudras (hand positions) that are a key to the correct use of the Merkaba. Activating the Merkaba through the 17-breath meditation will result in deeper contact with your Higher Self and it will strengthen every aspect of your life. You will be better able to relieve your stress, balance your mind and emotions, and heal yourself if the Merkaba is used often and consistently.

Most importantly, you will experience and remember your intimate connection with God in a safe and nurturing environment. Learning the steps of the Merkaba meditation alone is not enough to fully experience the benefits of an activated Merkaba. Anyone can learn technical steps through a book or video. There is at least one other factor that is even more important than learning the Merkaba meditation itself -- the opening of the heart and the experiencing of Divine Love.

It is Divine or Unconditional Love that is the primary factor that allows the Merkaba to become a living field of light. Without Divine Love, the Merkaba will only be a series of steps and will have many limitations. In the Flower of Life workshop we explore special ways of opening the heart to reawaken compassion, unconditional love, and inner harmony so that you can have direct experience with Divine Love while learning to activate your Merkaba. Direct experience of our greater potential gives us the opportunity to go far beyond what words and books can teach. Our workshops are experiential, while still giving the necessary "left brain" information required for a full understanding of the course material.

Most participants experience energy sensations and heart openings unlike anything they have ever experienced. Strong bonding between students often occurs and the feeling of family nurtures the group. Participants discover things about themselves that they hadn't remembered or didn't know before

Why is it important to learn this meditation from a facilitator?

The Flower of Life Merkaba Meditation is taught during the Flower of Life Workshops by facilitators trained and certified by Flower of Life Research. Drunvalo Melchizedek, the founder of Flower of Life Research, discovered early on that students who tried to learn the meditation without taking a workshop often misunderstood the instructions and could not perform the meditation correctly.

The Merkaba meditation, like the advanced Tibetan meditation for example, should be studied and practiced carefully and completely with a certified facilitator as a guide. Our facilitators are trained to teach it so that it can be performed easily and correctly. Flower of Life Research has trained many facilitators to carry on the knowledge of these sacred teachings and has made these teachings available on a wider scale around the world. In fact, we have facilitators in over 30 countries and the workshop is given in many languages worldwide

Ten Qualities of Your Merkaba Higher Self is Merkaba.

Merkaba is yourself.

1. Merkaba is One with all. The Source, Its power and the soul are One.

2. Merkaba is silent stillness at its center. It is the perfect balance of stillpoint.

3. Merkaba pulsates, expands, and contracts. This is radiation and absorption of the divine heartthrob. It is the rhythm, vibration and flow between polarities. Merkaba is the All in All.

4. Merkaba breathes. As it pulsates, it draws energy into your center and radiates that energy back out.

5. Merkaba is a vortex-sphere. It spins, spirals and turns up and through its own center in an endless, self-generating process. It is the perfect sphere that generates the Tree of Life.

6. Merkaba contains crystalline geometries. Crystalline structures of light, formed within Merkaba, are a shape code that allows you to move between dimensions and to communicate with civilizations of light. Merkaba functions on all planes: "as above, so below."

7. Merkaba is living fire - the light of God. It is the cosmic essence, the creative substance of the universe called the threefold flame at the center of your Heart.

8. Merkaba is cosmic sound. It is called by a hundred names, e.g., OM, HU, Amen, Allah, Aloha, Soham, etc.

9. Merkaba is living waters. It is the radiant, fiery, bliss of nectar that is the life of creation.

10. Merkaba is love. The sensation of Merkaba is blissfully nurturing. Out of this sensation flow wisdom, clarity and compassion

These Merkaba Stones seem to draw in folks that are ready to use them. They are very powerful "Vehicles" used during meditation and visualizations to bring your physical self in to harmony with the memory of the soul self and the memory of the creator of all that is. The Merkaba Stones are actually two pyramids merged together representing the energies of both male and female, another power action that balances yin and yang so the truth can be absorbed by our conscious being.
